Our team
With several years of experience in the construction industry in Canada, as well as several totally satisfied clients in Costa Rica, our team will know how to carry out your project. By combining your ideas and needs with our expertise and advice, the end result can only be a success. Meet our duo: Stéphane Hamelin - Owner, project manager and certified building inspector. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Stéphane has also worked on residential and commercial projects. Annie Boutin - Annie is trained as a home inspector. At S4 construction, Annie is in charge of the development, customer relations and rental of houses.
